Merry Christmas!

I can't believe it's December 23 today. I dunno, it doesn't feel like Christmas this year, despite my efforts to get into the holiday spirit. Not to say I'm all bah humbug this year, but it's so weird not to be home with family and friends, it feels more like late February or something, and somehow I managed to skip Christmas altogether. Anyways, we're off to Asheville tommorow morning to spend Christmas with A&A. I'm so happy we have someone to spend Christmas with so it won't seem so lonely. Jeez, I'm sounding all woe is me here, but I'm really looking forward to a nice Christmas dinner with good friends.
Next year I guarantee we'll be in good ol' K-town, it will have been far too long. Oh! I did recieve a few Christmas cards in the mail today, which I can't tell you how much I appreciated. It was great to have something other than bills.
