Luna
We named the new fur baby Luna. She is so beyond adorable I can hardly stand it sometimes. I almost want to eat her up she's so cute. Hee. We've had some issues with the resident cats, but she's getting into the routine so all is well. I still haven't told my parents if you can believe it. Gah, you would think at 28 I might stop caring what they think, but no. I still quake at their dissaproval, and you can bet I'll get an earful when they hear we got another cat. I'm also sure the fact that we have three cats and no children will also come up. Believe me, I heard it enough times in Germany, accompanied with my Dad requesting a grandson before he's too old to play with him. Hi, thanks for the guilt trip. No, I know he's just joking, but most of what people joke about is the truth.
We had our cocktail party on Saturday, and it was a success. Unfortunatly I filled up on eggnog so I didn't get quite as trashed as I had originally hoped, but you wouldn't know considering how crap I felt on Sunday. I can't believe how soon Christmas is coming. I'm super bummed that we're not coming home, but Adam and Amy's will be fun. Next year for sure, I swear I'm booking my flight home in January so there's no way we won't be there.
