It's nice to know you'll be missed

In addition to the very sweet and thoughtful surprise party from our dear friends, I've had several other lovely surprises from people I've come to know while living in Atlanta.

Yesterday my coworkers ordered my favorite lunch for me (mmmm Pad Thai) and gave me two cards and a gift certificate. Everyone signed the cards and said really sweet and nice things. Today a resident whom I often chat with came in and gave me a goodbye card and a box of chocolates, insisting that I stay in touch. All these things are so touching and really just make me happy.

I've gotten to know some wonderful people here who have affected my life in many positive ways and who I'll never forget. It's nice to know that the feeling is mutual.
